Method
- Pat salmon fillets dry.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over the flesh side of each fillet.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place fillets skin-side down with space between each.
- Air fry for 9-12 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and reaches about 145°F internally.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and garnish with parsley or dill before serving.
